Shipping

All UK orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase is completed. We inspect all pieces to make sure they are in perfect condition before shipping them out to our customers. Please inform us within 2 days if the jewellery has been damaged due to delivery handling or if it’s faulty. We post Monday to Saturday except Sundays and bank holidays. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.

International orders

Average delivery time for European orders is 5-10 working days. Average delivery time for other international orders is 6-12 working days however due to COVID-19 you should expect delays on your delivery.

Returns & exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to give you a refund within 7 working days from the date you received your order. However this excludes earrings due to hygienic reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges.

The items must be returned in an unworn condition and in their original packaging. Returns which are lost or received in a bad condition is the responsibility held by the customers. Once the items are returned to us we will inspect them and process the refund within 48hours. Note: All sale items purchased are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to return an item

Email jovianjewellery@gmail.com with your order number stating whether you would like to return or exchange the item and make sure to check if the item is still in stock. We will respond to your email within 1-2 working days. Keep a tracking reference for your parcel, so you know when it has been delivered to us.
